Le Monde: Non-Lethal Chemical Weapons Used in Syria

(Reuters) Syrian forces fired four rockets on Dec. 23 that contained non-lethal chemical weapons against rebels in the town of Homs, according to intelligence sources cited by the French daily Le Monde on Saturday.
