Britain Says Iraq in "Material Breach" of UN

(Reuters/Washington Post) Speaking one day after chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix's report to the Security Council, Britain's Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said Tuesday Iraq was in "material breach" of UN disarmament demands.
