White House to Ask Congress for Israel Aid

(Ha'aretz) Moti Bassok - The White House plans to present Congress early next week with a consolidated request for a special budget of $100 billion for the war in Iraq. This sum would include special aid packages for Israel, Turkey, and Jordan.
