New Palestinian PM Says Arafat Still in Charge
(Reuters) - In an interview in Egypt's al Mussawar weekly, new Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas said President Yasser Arafat remained in charge, despite a U.S. and Israeli refusal to deal with him. "We do not do anything without his [Arafat's] approval," Abbas said.
