Palestinian Widow Decries Suicide Bombing
(Toronto Globe & Mail) - Kifiya al-Tawil, 34, suddenly finds herself the sole caregiver for her eight children after her husband, Ghaleb, was killed Sunday by a Palestinian bus bomber in Jerusalem. "Suicide bombings are a big mistake. Jews are like us. This is against the will of God," Mrs. al-Tawil said. Mrs. al-Tawil said that she and her husband had been warned against taking the bus, but it was the only way for him to get to work. On Monday, Hassan Tuatha, an Arab-Israeli man, was killed in a suicide bombing outside a shopping mall in the northern Israeli town of Afula.
