Dahlan: PA Not Ready for Security Control in Gaza

(Ha'aretz) - The Palestinians on Tuesday stated their refusal to commit to a timetable for accepting security responsibility in the northern Gaza Strip because of the delay in reaching a cease-fire agreement between the PA and the terrorist organizations.
