Costa Rica, Egypt Resume Diplomatic Ties
[People's Daily-China] Costa Rica and Egypt on Wednesday resumed diplomatic relations which had been suspended since 1983, the Costa Rican Foreign Ministry announced, a month after Costa Rica decided to move its embassy in Israel from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv.
