Jimmy Carter, through his incompetence at dealing with the Iranian revolution and its aftermath, plus his weakness in managing the state-sanctioned kidnapping of several dozen American diplomats. Carter helped produce the monstrosity in Teheran, the world's only openly genocidal state.
