Arafat's Man Named PA Interior Minister

(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - In yet another blow to PA Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei, Arafat told PLO and Fatah officials on Monday that he has decided to appoint Hakam Balawi, a member of the Fatah central council, as interior minister.
