U.S. Softens Criticism of Security Fence

(Ha'aretz) Aluf Benn - The U.S. administration has softened its criticism of the barrier in the past few weeks. The debate over the route it takes is currently being carried out between U.S. Ambassador Dan Kurtzer and the director-general of the Defense Ministry, Amos Yaron. It focuses on controlling the amount of damage caused to Palestinians living near the fence.
