Israel Lifts Closure on Most West Bank Cities

(Ha'aretz) - Amos Harel and Aluf Benn Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz decided Wednesday to lift the sieges on West Bank Palestinian cities - except for Jenin and Nablus because of alerts about terror attacks being plotted there.
