El Al Adds Flights as Tourism to Israel Increases
(Canadian Jewish News) Paul Lungen - El Al is adding a fourth weekly flight from Toronto to Israel - and is planning to add a fifth in the spring - reflecting a surge in tourist traffic to the Jewish state. The increased El Al traffic is part of a broader trend that has seen the Israeli tourism industry begin to bounce back after a slump of more than two years attributable largely to security concerns.
