Rumsfeld: Iraq Has Chemical Weapons Ready

(New York Times) - U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said during a visit to U.S. soldiers in Bahrain that Iraq had already prepared chemical weapons for attack and was developing nuclear and biological arms.
