Liberal Website Founder Given 7 Years and 600 Lashes in Saudi Arabia

(AP-The Age-Australia) Raif Badawi, founder of the Free Saudi Liberals website in Saudi Arabia, has been sentenced to seven years in prison and 600 lashes after angering Islamic authorities by urging Saudis to share opinions about the role of religion in the country.
