Israel Halts Bulldozers

(Ha'aretz) - Following U.S. pressure, the IDF pulled out its bulldozers Sunday. On Monday, the UN Security Council is to discuss the Israeli siege of Arafat's Ramallah headquarters, ahead of Tuesday's scheduled U.S. bid to secure a new Security Council resolution against Iraq.
