America Will Try Saddam for War Crimes
(Times - UK) - Pierre-Richard Prosper, the U.S. official responsible for dealing with war crimes, said that evidence of Iraqi abuses was being collected to use in court. U.S. investigators and human rights groups estimate that Saddam and his security chiefs have been responsible for the deaths of between 60,000 and 100,000 civilians over 14 years.
