Gaza Floods Worsened by Human Element
(Ha'aretz) Amira Hass - Last week's floods in Gaza were worsened by a human element. In a few places, the metal grates that prevent solid debris from clogging the drainage system disappeared. They were probably stolen - the price of metal turning public property into a source of income.
