Israeli Severely Wounded by Sniper Fire from Gaza
(Times of Israel) An Israeli civilian repairing the border fence with Gaza was severely wounded on Tuesday after being shot by a sniper. Brig.-Gen. (res.) Shmuel Zakai, former head of the IDF Gaza Division, told Israel Radio that there was "clearly an escalation of terror incidents" in recent weeks.
