[AP] Bob Lewis - Dr. Esam S. Omeish, a member of the Virginia Commission on Immigration, resigned Thursday, a few hours after Gov. Timothy M. Kaine was told about online videos showing the appointee condemning Israel and advocating "the jihad way."
