Syria Peace Conference Begins
(Washington Post) Liz Sly and Anne Gearan - The one-day peace conference session on Syria in Montreux, Switzerland, on Wednesday is expected to be more style than substance. Representatives of more than 30 countries will hear speeches supporting the goal of a negotiated settlement to the war, then depart.
