Kerry: Israeli-Palestinian Framework Deal Won't Be Ready by April

(Jerusalem Post) U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Wednesday night he would not be able to present a framework document for continued Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations within the nine-month deadline given to the current round of talks, Israel Radio cited the top U.S. diplomat as saying.
