Iranian Defense Minister: Iran's Missile Capacity Non-Negotiable
(Press TV-Iran) "Iran's missile capacity is defensive, conventional and deterrent and it is not up for negotiations," Iran's Defense Minister Brig.-Gen. Hossein Dehqan said Sunday. His comments came in response to repeated U.S. calls for the inclusion of Iran's missile program in a final nuclear agreement between Tehran and the West.
