Kerry Told Hamas Many of Its Demands Would Be Met under Cease-Fire Deal
(Times of Israel) Avi Issacharoff - Secretary of State John Kerry informed Hamas via Qatar last week that under his proposal for a cease-fire with Israel, the U.S. would guarantee the fulfillment of many of Hamas' demands, Palestinian sources said Saturday.
