Russia Announces Delay in Completion of Iranian Nuclear Plant

[VOA News] The Russian RIA-Novosti government news agency reported Wednesday that the Bushehr nuclear plant that Russia is building for Iran will not become operational before September 2008 at the earliest. The power plant is at least one year behind schedule because of payment disputes with Iran.
