Report: ISIS Used Chemical Weapons on Kurds

(New York Post) Joe Tacopino - ISIS appears to have used chemical weapons taken from the abandoned arsenals of Saddam Hussein in their slaughter of Kurds in the Syrian city of Kobane last July. Images obtained by the Middle East Review of International Affairs show wounds that appear to have been inflicted by "mustard gas or some kind of blistering agent," an expert said.
