Strike Against Hizbullah in Syrian Golan Was Warning Not to Prepare Another Front Against Israel

(Jerusalem Post) Jonathan Spyer - The Israeli strike was a response to a clear attempt by Iran and Hizbullah to violate the status quo with Israel. The action by Israel should not be seen as a casting aside of the rules of engagement on the northern border, but rather an insistence on maintaining these rules, and a warning of the consequences of continued violation of them.
