Obstacles Persist as Talks on Iran's Nuclear Program Move into Overtime
(Washington Post) Carol Morello - Negotiators scrambling to chart Iran's nuclear future said Wednesday that several "key issues" remain unresolved. The Obama administration had committed itself to reach a broad political agreement by March 31, with three additional months to nail down many complex details. However, the negotiations blew past the Tuesday deadline as Secretary of State Kerry announced that he would be staying at least one more day. White House press secretary Josh Earnest said that President Obama's patience with the negotiations is not limitless. "If we're not able to reach a political agreement, then we're not going to wait all the way until June 30th to walk away."
