(Daily Beast) Jamie Dettmer - Egyptian authorities have arrested Ahmed Ali, 42, an Egyptian security guard at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, claiming he is a senior figure in the Islamist militant Helwan Brigades and helped plan or took part in more than a dozen attacks on security forces.
