(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is planning to visit Iran in November for talks aimed at boosting relations between the two sides, Ahmed Majdalani, a member of the PLO Executive Committee, announced on Tuesday.
