Iran Nuclear Chief: We Won on Nuclear Deal
(Fars-Iran) The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Ali Akbar Salehi, said Sunday: "No matter [if] the JCPOA [the nuclear deal] is approved or disapproved by the U.S. Congress and even if Obama fails to do anything, we will be the winning party."
