Syria Receives MiG-31 Interceptors from Russia

(IHS Jane's Defence Weekly) Gareth Jennings - The Syrian government has received six MiG-31 "Foxhound" interceptor aircraft from Russia. The aircraft arrived at Mezze Airbase outside Damascus, the Turkish BGN news agency reported on Aug. 16.
