Poll: 82 Percent of Syrians Say U.S. Created Islamic State

(Washington Post) Sudarsan Raghavan - 82% of Syrians believe the Islamic State was created by the U.S. and its allies, according to a survey of 1,365 Syrians conducted by UK-based ORB International from June 10 to July 2. 49% said they opposed U.S.-coalition airstrikes, while 22% said IS is a positive influence.
