(Washington Post) DeNeen L. Brown - Incoming Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told President Obama by phone on Tuesday that he would make good on a campaign promise to withdraw Canada's six fighter planes from the U.S.-led bombing campaign against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
