ISIS Blamed in Istanbul Attack that Killed 10 Tourists

(New York Times) Ceylan Yeginsu and Tim Arango - An Islamic State operative from Syria wearing a vest of explosives killed nine German and one Peruvian tourist on Tuesday not far from the Blue Mosque. At least 15 other people were wounded, including nine Germans.
