ISIS' No. 2 Killed in U.S. Special Operations Raid

(ABC News) Justin Fishel - Abd ar-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, ISIS' second in command and minister of finance, was killed in a clandestine raid conducted on the ground in Syria by U.S. Special Operations Forces, the Pentagon said Friday.
