Palestinians to Build West Bank Power Plant

(Ynet News) Elior Levy - Israel has approved in principle the construction of a Palestinian power station in the Jenin Industrial Zone in the West Bank. The 450-megawatt power station, which will take four years to build, will be fueled by Israeli gas from the Leviathan field in the Mediterranean. The Israel Electric Corporation currently provides the PA with up to 1,000 megawatts a day.
