Nuclear Terrorism and ISIS: How Scared Should We Be?
(Le Monde-France) Nathalie Guibert - Western intelligence services know that jihadists have been trying to lay their hands on radioactive material. An even more credible threat is a "dirty bomb" made of radioactive components used in civilian contexts, such as research reactors, medical facilities or industrial plants.
