South Africa Charges Two over Plot to Attack U.S. Embassy and Jewish Institutions

(AFP-Telegraph-UK) South Africans Brandon-Lee and Tony-Lee Thulsie, who were linked to Islamic State, were arrested over the weekend, accused of plotting to blow up the U.S. embassy in Pretoria and Jewish institutions.
