(AP) Israel Nabs Palestinian Security Officer for Weapons Dealing Israel arrested Mahayub Borhan Rashad Knaza - a member of the Palestinian security services who was a "major weapons dealer" - in the West Bank city of Nablus on Monday and confiscated weapons manufacturing equipment.
