Iran to Double Military Spending, Develop Missiles

(Reuters) Bozorgmehr Sharafedin - Iranian lawmakers approved plans on Monday to expand military spending to 5% of the budget, up from 2% in the 2015-16 budget, including developing long-range missiles, armed drones and cyber-war capabilities.
