Spanish Courts Force Companies to Suspend Anti-Israel Boycotts
(Israel Hayom) Eldad Beck - The Spanish High Court of Justice in Madrid last week upheld a lower court ruling against full boycotts of Israeli institutions, companies, and organizations, calling such boycotts "discriminatory." The court's ruling came on the heals of petitions by local Jewish communities aided by the New York-based Lawfare Project.
