Top EU Court Keeps Hamas on Terror List

(Reuters) The European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled on Wednesday that the Palestinian Islamist Hamas movement should remain on the EU terrorism blacklist. The EU's top court overruled the General Court's view of 2014 that there was insufficient evidence to maintain asset freezes and travel bans on Hamas.
