Israel Part of Coalition Monitoring ISIS Fighters Returning from Syria

(Times of Israel) Israel is a member of a secret intelligence collection and sharing operation made up of 21 nations targeting European jihadis returning home from Syria, Der Spiegel reported Sunday. The operation was being led from a U.S. Joint Special Operations Command center in Jordan.
