Kremlin Stops Short of Blaming Israel for Plane Incident
(ITV-UK) Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for President Vladimir Putin, told reporters on Tuesday that the Kremlin is analyzing reports about the shooting down of a Russian reconnaissance aircraft by Syrian missile defenses on Monday. He stopped short of blaming Israel for the incident, which the Russian military and the defense minister have done.
