Florida University Teams with Israeli Medical Center for Emergency Response Training

(Florida Jewish Journal) Sergio Carmona - Florida Atlantic University's International Center for Emergency Management and the Sheba Medical Center in Israel have signed an agreement to provide training programs for emergency response professionals in Florida.
