Senate Passes Bill to Stop Use of Human Shields

(JNS) The U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bipartisan bill on Thursday that would enact sanctions on U.S.-designated terrorist groups like Hamas, Hizbullah, ISIS and al-Qaeda, who use civilians as human shields in war.
