(Ha'aretz) Hagai Amit - An agreement between Israel and the Palestinians that aimed to settle old Palestinian debts has unraveled, leaving the Israel Electric Corporation with $222 million of additional Palestinian debt. The growing debt is paid for by Israeli consumers.
