U.S. House Votes to Block Arms Sales to Gulf Nations

(New York Times) Catie Edmondson - The U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday to block the sale of billions of dollars of arms to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. However, the measures, which already passed the Senate, are likely to face a presidential veto which is unlikely to be overridden by Congress.
