Iran Sets Preconditions for Iran-U.S. Talks

[Fars-Iran] Mahdi Kalhor, a top adviser to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said on Saturday that as long as U.S. forces remain in the region and the U.S. backs Israel, talks with the U.S. will not take place.
