U.S. Sanctions Major Iranian Airline and Shipping Group
(New York Times) Edward Wong - Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Wednesday that the U.S. plans to sanction the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines, Iran's largest shipping company, and Mahan Air, a major airline, for their roles in transporting material for the country's ballistic missile and nuclear programs.
